This Standard Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Blackpoint Holdings, LLC dba Blackpoint Cyber ("Company") and the Customer. The Company will make the Services available to the Customer in accordance with this Agreement during each Subscription Period, subject to timely payment of all applicable fees. Services include managed detection and response (MDR), endpoint detection and response (EDR), cloud identity protection, SIEM/compliance, vulnerability management, and related cybersecurity services.
Blue Bee SL is the sole entity responsible for invoicing the client. Payment terms: annual upfront. The contract has a minimum duration of 12 months and will automatically renew unless either party gives 30 days' written notice. Subscribed quantities cannot be reduced during the contract period. Early cancellation is subject to a termination fee equal to the outstanding balance until the end of the contracted period.
Blue Bee SL, operating under the BlackMDR brand, processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Data collected includes: identification data, contact details, technical security data, and billing information. Data is processed for the purpose of delivering contracted cybersecurity services.
